Our 27 year old medical practice which employs approximately 120 employees implemented it’s very first Call Center a little over a year ago and hired TCC Telecom to handle the complete set-up of all four of our sites in Maryland. They replaced our entire phone system with the newest and most modern equipment available. It was a huge task on hand, but Matt and Meagan took it on without any hesitation whatsoever, they worked weekends to avoid major interruption for our patients, callers and staff alike. Cables were organized in our IT closet so professionally. They were here on time, they stayed to help me understand everything I needed to operate the system.
